Mango Mousse

Mango Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled and seeded
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream/butter
  • sprinkle of unsweetened shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine first two ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor. Blend well until the mixture is thick and fluffy. Spoon into a bowl and top with the shredded coconut.
