- 2 slices of whole wheat bread
- 1/4-1/3 avocado, mashed
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 2-3 slices of tomato
- 1.5 tablespoons hummus
Spread the avocado on one slice of bread and the hummus on the other. Top with beans and tomato, and enjoy! Romaine, sprouts, cucumber and peppers also make lovely additions to this sandwich.
