Hello everyone! Excuse my lack of posts, but I haven’t had much time and I haven’t really known what to post about. I still don’t know, so this post will kinda be all over the place. (Psh, as if my blogs aren’t normally all over the place!)
So Tuesday morning I made Katie’s Breakfast Pizzert and it was really yummy. I posted several pics below of my Strawberry Pizzert, topped with TTCCC and fruit.
For breakfast on another day I had Sweet Quinoa, made with quinoa, cinnamon, allspice, sucanat, softened apples and a TBSP of natural pb. Really yummy!
I also had many salads through out the week. Have I said before how much I LOVE salads? They’re sooo good. I love adding fresh fruit, avocado, nuts, sprouts, beans and anything else that will make it more interesting. I promise I had more salads than are pictured, but I’ve been kinda lazy about picture taking lately. They all look the same anyway.😛
I’ve also gone out to eat a couple times this week. The first time I got a Go-Go Veggie wrap from Froots: tofu, hummus, tomato, sprouts, black olives, cucumber, spinach and balsamic vinaigrette (which I ordered on the side) on a whole wheat tortilla.
The second time was at Dave & Busters; I ordered a Gardenburger on a whole wheat bun with steamed veggies instead of fries.
I also used up the last of a dwindling PB jar in Overnight OIAJ, made a fruit salad and created a new treat. I’ll post ingredients and measurements once I’ve had the time to perfect them.🙂
It looks gross but I promise it wasn’t. I really enjoyed it.🙂
